Do I need to clean my tongue?

Clean your Tongue

It is very important to brush and floss your teeth as well as clean your tongue.

You can use tongue cleaners, tongue scrapers or just your tooth brush.

Tongue scrapers come in different size, shapes and materials. You can start using it from the back of the tongue to front of the tongue to remove bacteria, dead cells and food debris.

Cleaning the tongue can improve the taste, help with digestion, reduce the risk of developing cavities and gum problems as well as remove bad breath from the mouth.
