-Make sure your still brushing and flossing twice a day.We know during this time life gets busy but its important to take care of yourself. 

-with all the fun holiday drinks be sure to drink water in between.

-Have sweets in moderation, too many sweets are never good for your teeth .

-Call your dentist too , schedule your dental check up.
