What our in office membership offer:

Cost 

When and if a patient decides to sign up for our in office membership,they will be part of a plan that charges an annual fee of $400 for  (adults). Annual fee of $300 will be charged for (children ages 1-13). Going forward, the patient will have a 20 % discount applied to all fillings. Also a 20% off for additional cleanings, extractions, and root canals. A 15 % discount will be applied to any major procedures such as crowns,periodontics,veeners,post and core,and partials/denture. 

Dental Benefits 

Once a patient becomes a member they are automatically granted to have two cleanings, necessary xrays and exam, also any emergency visits. All of these procedures will be free of charge at the time of their appointments. It's important for patients to have an oral cancer screening bi-annually. By becoming a member patients will be eligible for a free oral cancer screening.

How Patients Can Benefit from it 

Our in office membership would benefit those who do not have dental insurance. Our patients are not limited to become a member even if for those who have dental insurance. Often time patients would become a member if their dental insurance is maxed out or if their insurance doesn't cover certain dental procedures.
